KENNEDY DAY

Kennedy Day is a celebration of all things Kennedy—laughing, the work, whistling while you work, listening, uniqueness, humility, giving like Santa 365 days a year, giving the finger to ignorance and its brethren, failing, getting back up, getting back up again, kindness, opportunity, goofy jokes, black T-shirts, jeans, keys, and LIVING OUT LOUD.

Kennedy Day is officially recognized by Portland’s mayor. There’s a certified fancy-pants document to prove it. How about them apples? Kennedy Day will be celebrated every May 31st, his birthday, from this day on.
